The Volunteer Center of Kern County is hosting its 16th annual Keep Kern County Cool Fan drive benefiting Kern County Seniors and Veterans. The Volunteer Center of Kern County has partnered once again with KGET TV 17 to collect New, Gently Used Fans. In addition to this, the Volunteer Center has also donations to assist with the drive. This is such an amazing event and we all work hard to fulfill as many fan requests as possible. No one wants to see a senior suffer through this heat. The more fans we collect the more fans we can give and provide a cooler summer to as many seniors as we can.
